Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you are unable to attend a scheduled driving lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can arrange an appropriate reschedule. Timely communication ensures that all students receive the instruction time they deserve.

Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event of inclement weather that creates unsafe driving conditions (such as snow, ice, or severe storms), LifeSaver Driving Academy will contact you to reschedule your lesson.

Note: We do not cancel lessons due to rain, as learning to drive in rainy conditions provides valuable real-world experience. Instructors will assess safety on a case-by-case basis.

No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. If a lesson is missed without proper notice, it may result in forfeiture of that session. Rescheduling is always available within our cancellation guidelines.
