Services

  • Life Saver Driving Academy offers in-person driving lessons, classroom instruction, and road test preparation to both minors and adults seeking driving education and licensing assistance.

Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are made through our website using Amelia Scheduling.
  • Payments are processed securely using WooCommerce and Square.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Account Creation

  • Customers are required to create an account through our website during the booking and checkout process. This account is used to manage orders, view upcoming bookings, and—if applicable—coordinate the use of Life Saver Driving Academy’s vehicle for a Kentucky State Police (KSP) road test.
  • If your selected package includes use of our vehicle for the KSP road test, you are responsible for scheduling your exam directly with the KSP. Please read and follow our guidelines for scheduling your road test.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Life Saver Driving Academy is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from failure to safeguard this information.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • See our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Lessons missed without proper notice may be forfeited.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries occurring during or outside of lessons.
  • Our instructors are trained and vehicles are maintained for safety, but students participate at their own risk.

Policy for Minors

  • While many of our students are under 18 years of age, we provide services to both minors and adults. For minors, a parent or guardian must give consent prior to participation. We comply with applicable child privacy regulations.

Students with Disabilities or Special Needs

  • Life Saver Driving Academy may be able to provide instruction to students with certain disabilities or special needs; however, any such conditions must be disclosed and discussed with us prior to booking.
  • This advance notice is required to assess the student’s needs and determine whether appropriate accommodations can be made. We do not guarantee the availability of accommodations and reserve the right to decline or cancel instruction if the necessary information is not provided prior to booking.
  • Failure to disclose relevant medical, developmental, or physical conditions before scheduling may result in the forfeiture of the lesson and any associated payment.
  • For questions or to discuss your situation confidentially, please contact us before completing your booking.

Amendments

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and will become effective immediately.
