Please notify us of the intent to cancel or postpone a scheduled
lesson prior to the date and time of that scheduled lesson. If we are able
to schedule another student in the time slot in question we will then allow
the customer to reschedule the canceled or postponed lesson to another time
slot.
Failure to notify us of the intent to cancel or postpone a
scheduled at lesson least 15 business days prior to the business day before
the date of that scheduled lesson will result in that lesson being forfeited
by the customer.
Rain is not an acceptable
reason to postpone a lesson. Students should learn to drive in rain.
